Daughter turning 3 while on cruise

We are ready to book our next cruise tomorrow, Nov. 1st, and have one question as far as which date to choose. we want to be on the Fantasy (have done 2 Dream cruises) and our first choice of weeks is Feb 23rd. My daughter turns 3 on the 24th. If we do that cruise her rate will be cheaper but will she get to participate in the Oceaneer club/lab with her two older siblings when she turns 3 that first day? I am assuming she will be potty trained at the time. Anything else we need to consider about booking before she turns 3 on things she potentially will not be able to do? Thanks!

If she's 3, she can participate in Oceaneer's Club.

She will be allowed at the Club ON her birthday, not the day prior. So not embarkation day, but your first full day on the ship. Sounds like an exciting way to celebrate!

But, she could be taken in there on embarkation day during the open house time with mom & dad (and siblings) to meet the CMs and see the place with familiar faces around.
