DATW for PCC 2.0-Friday, December 17th

Tonya, bring extra batteries for the light saber!

"C" batteries are hard to find in the Parks (translation - they don't sell them and if they do, I haven't found them and I have looked) so I always bring a few extra. Can't leave my peeps wandering around in a drunken state with nothing to follow.

On all the threads that list "things to remember to pack for WDW" this is the first time I have seen an extra set of C batteries. Do you pack them in your checked or carry on luggage?

With EMH at EPCOT it will be a long night in World Showcase. Thank god I'm booked at the Beach Club Villas.....

Let me tell you it worked out great last year for me.
I've got BCV booked again for pretty much the same reason.

I've never been a big fan of Biergarten. I like getting brats at Sommerfest, but the buffet just doesn't thrill me.



La Hacienda! That's more my speed. Do you have an ADR already? Or did you want to try for one now? Maybe eat at the bar if there are no ADRs available.

I'm sure someone will be able to drag you back. Its not that far. I managed to stumble back after PCC 1.0.

No ressies are available. I just checked. Let's plan on lunch there. At worst we'll sit at the bar.

Over the weekend, we got food from the counter and ate/drank at the base of the temple--to the left if you are looking at it from the lake. There was seating and more importantly, shade.

Does anyone plan on doing some rides after IllumiNations/DATW? How many DISers does it take to ground Soarin'?!?!?!?! (April ABD Travelers know what I am talking about! ) Want to find out?

Some of us tried to do Test Track after DATW after PCC 1.0, but the lines were crazy.

We're at VWL post-cruise. Although I'm really looking forward to that, I'm not looking forward to riding a bus back over there after DATW.
