um.. I dont know. I guess i would rather have him make me wait for it, cuz it will keep me interested. but I dont know thats just me...I like a challenge. But I have kissed/went further not techincally on a date we just hooked up once and i never talked to them again. but deffinately on a date if I am really interested in the guy I would want him to make it difficult for me, but not too difficult. so I would say no kiss on the first date.
