Can anyone give me an idea on what the dates will be for free dining next summer based on previous years? I can't seem to remember which week in Aug it started this year.

This year the public offer started August 24.
This year all bets are off as they're sending out targeted free dining offers for dates that have never been offered for free dining. There is no telling what they'll do with an upcoming general public offer.
