My family returned from a 10 day WDW trip. We went to Disney the Friday after Thanksgiving (11/26) and stayed until December 5. :cloud9:

We didn't hit the parks, though, until Sunday.
Sunday and Monday were still a little busier than what I was expecting (although I was expecting some crowds due to reading the boards :upsidedow), but we really didn't wait on any lines since we took advantage of FP, was at the park at opening, etc.
We noticed a considerable difference from Tuesday-Saturday. :cheer2:

Anyway, was anyone there the following full week after Thanksgiving, ie., beginning the week of December 5?

I don't know if we should go from Sunday to Sunday after Thanksgiving which are the dates November 26-December 3 or go from the dates
December 3 through December 9, 2006.

PLEASE anyone that has any comments please let me know. :flower:

Thank you! :grouphug:

We were there Dec 7 to Dec 16. We've traveled at this time for the last 3 years. prior to that we went in January for several years.

The parks seemed busier this year than in the previous years, but the crowds were OK. I usually never made PSs, except for Candlelight Pkg. This year, though, I did made lunch PS in our room prior to leaving for the parks. I generally got a seating time within 15 miniutes of my desired time (for 2 people), we generally had counter-type dinners or ate at the resort, so no PSs were needed. All in all, still a great time to go. But I'd definately recommend PSs for full service dinners, especially at EPCOT, because of the Candlelight Packages, all the restaurants were busy.

Thanks Chuck. We did the same this year. We made one PS a day, all for dinner with the exception of CRT for breakfast.
I was able to get a Wishes cruise and a carriage ride from WL on the days that I requested.
If you went the week after I did and felt a little busier, I'm assuming it was the same or even if my week was quiet.
The day we were at MGM was very quiet with ToT and RnR walkons.
Anyone else with any experience? Thanks!

Anyone else? I know there were lots of us there during those two weeks.
Thanks.

We were debating those which of those same dates for 2005, because I heard the crowds were great. Either one of those weeks, or sometime in January..I cannot make up my mind either. It sounds like with the weak dollar it might be more crowded no matter when we go. Thanks for any advice!
