Date Night Drink Stop

We leave for Disney in 10 days

My sister, who is coming along with us, casually mentioned that she's going to take our 4 kids for a couple hours for us to have a date night! WHAT! Best freaking sister ever.

So where? We won't need to dine as I already have all our ADRs planned. We won't be going in a park, and are staying at SSR. We wouldn't mind going to the Springs or resorts close to us. We don't want to spend our whole time together travelling though.

Where would you go?

Boardwalk/Swolphin area for sure.

Since you're already at Saratoga Springs, I would take a nice walk over to Disney Springs, and head to the Boathouse. They have multiple options for bar/lounge seating, and have a really nice (and surprisingly affordable) appetizer menu. Enjoy your evening! As fellow parents of four, we know how rare these nights are!!

We are staying in a 2 Bdrm Villa with my in laws, sister & four kids. Don't know how much of a date night that will be, lol.

Definitely head to Disney Springs. Have a drink(or two), share a yummy chocolate dessert, walk along and check everything out without having to keep track of your kiddos. Sounds lovely... Hope you have a wonderful trip!

Love Boathouse, but try to sit outside or away from dining area. We found it can get loud in the restaurant, but good food and drinks.

Springs could be fun. While I don't like the food too much, T-Rex and Rainforest are fun atmospheres to have a few drinks at. I'll also throw out there jumping the boat to Port Orleans and going to the Rooster's Roost. That is an absolute blast.
