DAS Rides?

This may be a ridiculous question that has been answered many times, but do all rides and M&G's offer DAS return times, or just those attractions with FP+? And can you use DAS for shows at DHS like Beauty and the Beast? Thanks!

In general, only those with Fastpass and Standby.

Meet and Greets don't all have both and those don't offer DAS Return Times.
For shows, you will be given a window of time, not just a start time because your DAS Return Time is for a specific scheduled show. The window may be short - only 15-20 minutes.
Many shows (like Beauty and the Beast) might not need DAS because the guests in the standby line are likely to get in (lots of seats). Some, like Little Mermaid at the Studio may be better to use DAS or Fastpass. They have more shows per day, but the theater is small.

The only ride that I know of with out a FP that I have gotten a retrurn time for is Astro orbiters in tomorrow land but beside this one there had to be a stand by and FP line

Does that apply only at WDW? At Disneyland, there seem to be a lot more rides that have no FP and can have long lines, especially less intense rides like Peter Pan. I have read trip reports that talk about using the DAS for these types of rides at DL.

Never been to DL so I do not know

You can get a DAS for rides without FP at DLR, you usually return to the exit or accessible entrance if one exists. There are no M&G that have FP and standby at DLR currently, so no DAS for any greets. The only show that uses FP is the new Frozen show, but it's probably better to just get FP for that, since it will block your DAS until you use it. WOC FP works slightly differently, since it's for a section. Again, better for just getting an FP if DAS is even an option for that, which I don't think that it is.
