DAS pre-arrival this morning

We have 2 families going to DLR early June. We both clicked on the chat button right at 9 am pacific time and within 4 minutes we’re waiting to be connected to an agent. It took about 10 minutes to connect to someone. Twice during the wait I was disconnected. Logged back in without a problem. We both connected around the same time. Here’s the crazy thing. My agent booked the first two days (the dates within 30 days) with only 2 time options and told me to call back for the rest. Her agent gave her more options and was willing to coordinate both families. She booked both families for the entire trip. We just gave her our email address. Such a relief it’s all done.
