Are the online preregistration wait times for the Disneyland DAS just as long as what I have been reading for Disneyworld’s DAS?

I have been in the “Request Live Video Chat” for Disneyland’s DAS for an hour with no progress. Curious if people are spending entire days or multiple days trying to preregistrater for Disneyland’s DAS?
