DAS chat spinning wheel

So I am trying to get on the DAS chat for Disneyland to set it up for a couple of upcoming visits and all I get is a spinning circle. It's on the disney page, but its just a blue circle that spins over and over. I've posted a picture of it below. I can't even get the chat page to load.
Has anyone had this happen? Should I try again in a different browser? Its frustrating because today is the only day that I have hours of time I can sit online to set this up. Should I just keep the spinning wheel going? Or is there something wrong?

I’ve had the spinning wheel on the WDW chat.
I scanned down the page for the button for Terms and Condition, which was available to click. After I clicked that, the chat window came up, but had a message that said to go back and reload. I didn’t do that the, I clicked the close button on the chat window. it closed out, but then reloaded.
Multiple times, the spinning wheel kept spinning, even after the chat window reloaded. I typed something into the chat box and could see it said ‘sent’, so the spinning didn’t seem to matter

There is nothing on my page but the spinning wheel. Not sure if I should just let it keep spinning. I guess I will while I work on other stuff.

I had that yesterday as well, you are still in the queue. When it was time for the next refresh it disappeared

I switched off of chrome to safari and got it to work.
