DAS Chat Question/Situation

I tried searching the group, but didn't see this specific question (might not have searched well enough). A friend of ours is heading down last week of November/Early December and the trip is a surprise for their kids. Their 4 year old was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and the trip is kind of a getaway for the whole family as it's been a tough year full of adjustments. I know with Chat, they require the person who the DAS is for, to be present. My friend is wondering, if there is a way for them to be discreet about what they are on the chat for, without giving away that it's for Disney. She doesn't want to give away the surprise. I know the easy alternative is to just wait and do it at guest services when they get there, but is there a way to accomplish this through the Chat ahead of time?

We did it with our 4 year old in March. He only needed to be present for about 15 seconds to take a picture. All of the discussion happened between me and the CM. Once she deemed him eligible, she asked him to be on screen. She waited a few minutes while I got him from upstairs. She saw him, said hi to him, he said hi to her, she took the photo, and he went back upstairs. I don't think he had any idea that it had anything at all to do with Disney.

The process starts with a text chat, where you type in the names of the person DAS is being applied for, the other members of their party and date of first park visit.
She could type in there that it is a surprise trip so not to say anything in the video chat about the trip.
Make sure she thinks ahead of time about what she is going to say - just stating diagnosis is not enough since not all T1 diabetics will have the same experience.
The question she will be asked will be something like, « what are your concerns about waiting in the regular lines? »
As ttintagel mentioned, there is no guarantee of being approved
