DAS and parades

Hello,

I'm visiting 04/03 - 04/17 and my sister, who is disabled and uses a wheelchair, will be using the DAS.

We've only visited WDW once before (in April 2011) when the old system was in place - are there still specially designated areas to view the parades for wheelchair users?

I believe on my last visit there were two areas - on the little island in front of the castle and near to the Town Hall. Just wondered if this was the same now.

Unless your sister has needs others than mobility she will not be eligible for the DAS. Most lines are accessible. There are 3 areas for wheelchair seating for parades. The 2 you mentioned plus one across from Hall of the Presidents.

She has other needs, mobility is just one of them (I won't bore you with the details!)

When asking about a DAS don't even mention the wheelchair only talk about her other needs or they might tune out everything but wheelchair and tell you no
