DAS and extra magic hours

If we are to get a Das return time can we return during extra magic hours? Meaning if the Magic Kingdom closes at 8 with EMH 8 to 10 pmEMH can we still go back at 9?

I have had no problems doing this for rides I have done it for space and 7DMT, even getting return times after the park was closed and (it was EMH)

It would depend on if the fastpass line is still open. I've seen them open and closed depending on the crowd level.
