Dark Theme

I've noticed that some of the threads don't maintain the dark theme I've chosen in preferences. I can't confirm but it seems like it's mostly DVC related threads. Is this by design or is there another setting I need to change?

I believe the DVC forum has it's own color scheme. I'm not sure if any others do, maybe ABD.
