Dark Fonts not Visible on Dark Themes

Hi,

I use the "default dark" style/theme on Disboards because I prefer the contrast of white or yellow characters on dark backgrounds. I have issues reading posts when it is the other way around.

There are some posters to the boards that choose to use dark fonts (dark blue mostly), which are completely unreadable on the dark themes. Can you guys make a change to the board software or settings to address this?

I work for a software company and have been a developer for over 30 years. The 2 options I see are:

1) Ignore color choices on the dark themes and make everything white (or yellow, which is higher contrast) on the dark background.

2) Put some sort of light-colored background on just the dark-colored fonts.

I would appreciate some assistance with this that doesn't involve changing to a light background theme.
