Dapper Days Hotel Rooms Refundable this time

I never book the hotel rooms for Dapper Days because it's always been noted that you lose the first night's deposit if you cancel. I was just looking at the website and noticed that this time, refunds are given if cancelled at least 5 days in advance. I've never seen that before and I've been checking for a the last few years.

I am still holding out for Candy Cane Inn. They have no anticipated opening date, but chances are high that the pricing there will be lower than Dapper Days at the Disney hotels.

I've been holding onto a DD reservation for months now in the hopes that the parks would open up again and I could possibly get a discount on the room (and tickets, now that my AP is gone). I love DD and hope it works out this time! I've had a room since last spring, which was canceled so I rebooked fall, which was also canceled and I rebooked spring, which was also canceled and rebooked to this fall, which as you said is refundable...so we'll see. I won't keep it if I can't get in the parks and I'll be watching to see how things go with all of the reopening changes.

The Candy Cane Inn is taking reservations for dates from 9/1 forward. Their Dapper Day weekend rates range from $168-$208 depending on room type.

Very interesting that you can book the DLH but you can’t book it yet directly via Disney…

Sadly the dates are after Halloween has wrapped up for SoCal (I guess to be expected) so probably full price for me…
