Dapper Day Rate for April- whats' the catch?

I am just now seeing this thread! We are going to DLR during Dapper Days but I did not know it was going on (it is not listed on TP's calendar of events). I told my dd's who squealed with delight. They read about it on 'OhMyDisney' blog. We are all in for participating, and will probably even plan to go to the Expo.

Does anyone know if there are any rooms available at the discounted rate? The online system isn't showing anything. I'd prefer DLH, we'd need two rooms, or GCH in a suite.

I did try but I missed their office closing by a couple mins. Just thought since a few said they booked recently/today, they might know about availability. I am calling first thing in the morning!

Good luck! There was availability at the DLH when I booked but that was a few days ago. It looked like only standard and accessible rooms were available for the GCH.

The link is nearer the bottom of the page where it says 'Join our next event and stay at Disney. . ' The link itself is a bit hard to see but it says 'Click here to book'. That takes you to the Dapper Day event booking page.

Thanks! I was able to see availability now. Earlier it was showing nothing available.

Yes, it's listed on the site when you book the room. Says they haven't been released for 2016 yet.

I called yesterday and they put our 5 day Park Hopper tickets on our reservation with the Dapper Day price. To be paid when we check in. It locks the price incase their is a price increase between now and when you arrive. The DD price for 5 day PH was quoted to me as $269. I don't know if that includes tax or not. DL regular 5 Day PH is $315, plus tax (?)
