Dapper Day hotel reservations?

I have a question. If your reserving your Disney hotel like GCH can you make your deposit with Disney gift cards or do they only allow credit card? If no, can you pay the balance due with Disney gift cards? Trying to plan for the fall dapper day event. TIA for any and all info.

I don't know about paying the deposit with gift cards, but you can pay for the rooms and tickets when you check in with gift cards.

I believe they will make you consolidate all cards onto one card.. Had to do that to use multiple cards to purchase an AP

I usually consolidate my cards anyhow so, that would work. Thanks for your input.
