Dapper Day check-in thread

@DizMe @MichelleWDWfan You guys got off easy then! My shoes started out totally comfortable and gave out about 1/2 way through the day. My baby toes died first and then my big toe on my right foot started throbbing. We took at break at 4:00 or so to head back to GCH and swim before we had to meet my dd's sitter in the room. I switched to flip flops for the evening, but kept my dress on.

Well, my big toe on my right foot is officially dead. It hurt the rest of the disney trip, but I managed to make it. I took off my nail polish a few days after we got back and it is completely black and blue. I am 100% sure that my big toe nail will be falling off in the near future

Oh, man!!! That's terrible! Shoes that can be just fine at home and when going out in normal circumstances can turn on you at DLR, that's for sure! Sorry about your big toe. Ouch! And losing a nail is no fun. Takes so long to get it back

I totally missed this pic!! We were still at the park when you posted it, so I wasn't checking the boards. Great pic Kris! I hope you post more, especially the ones with you in them. It was really fun meeting everyone. I'm sorry about everyone's poor feet! Whomever said "Beauty knows no pain" was totally wrong!! LOL!!

It was soooooooo nice for PPH to help me out on this issue and get me the hookup on H20 bath products that I used TWICE daily to help not only my feet but my body as well.


Had fun meeting all of ya - yes I promise to get more DD pics posted as my mood is now shifting......of all places - to San Antonio, Bandera, Fredericksburg & the LBJ Ranch.

Just booked 7 nights for Christmas next year.......THEN I desire to see the Henry Ford,
Greenfield village, etc
(yes, be on the lookout for me to start up a TR on this vacation in about 6-8 more weeks)

TAKEN FROM MY BELOW LISTED TRIP REPORT -


It's almost time for the DISmeets, but before I met up with a lot of nice people, I met up with these Dapper Day Fans:

Cute, whimisical but I have to say, the best outfit IMHO I was about to meet....



Soon, 3:30pm approaches as I make my way to the GHS and met up with my DISmeet buddies -






and



"Flapper Girl" almost did it for me (love that look and saw it here and there throughout the parks this day with main theme being the 50's look for both genders) but.....

if I had to pick one look that was the best its this one _


I believe what did it for me was her hat.....take note how its Disney themed! LUV IT!!




Had fun chatting for a while, then soon I was off and running for more parts of both parks.


Where am I off to next?
