Dancing With the Stars - Fall 2024

Dwight, he warmed up as he went along. I liked his engagement and acting a lot! He was still a little clunky. I agree with the score.

I thought Joey was underscored. Danny’s lifts were really good but routine could’ve used more dancing. Ilona, Jenn, Chandler were all good. I love Stephen. I’m ready for Dwight to go next although not sure that will happen.

Not really sad about Phaedra, something about her attitude bugged me.

I think she trying to be something she’s not. Needs to get back to practicing law. Nothing wrong with that.

I think Dwight will be next to go. The rest of the competitors are too tightly matched at this point.

I only know her from Traitors and she bugs me too.

Yeah. She's gotten the "Reality Royalty" thing into her head. I didn't like her on The Traitors at all. Never watched the RH shows she's been on. (I only watched some of Beverly Hills because a college classmate is on - she is exactly the same.)

He's not my favorite, but I do think they put the basketball players at a BIG disadvantage with the girls being so tiny. It makes any of the hold dances super awkward. Not really a way to solve that though, unfortunately. There just aren't tall female dancers in the DWTS stable (or maybe tall pro female ballroom dancers period that they could try to bring in).

I had never heard of her but that’s not surprising. I had only heard of 3 or 4 of them.

Peta Murgatroyd is tall enough. But she just had baby number 3 and is happily busy dealing with all the chaos bringing in a new bundle of joy brings to her and Maks' household.

She talks about it at the beginning of this IG, so anyone who wants to watch, watch only for that. After that, it turns into a sponsored ad for Pfizer.

I'm finally settling in to watch dancing, I'll share my thoughts if I make it the entire episode without falling asleep

Brandon is holding Chandler back I think.
Phaedra is awful. I think Val did most of the dancing.
Danny is the dark horse.
Dwight is trying but i think him and Danielle's height difference is really hurting them.
ilona was so much more confident with this dance but alan as a donkey is a bit scary
Team roar...phaedra was the weakest link honestly.
Team goof...this wins for my favorite team dance partially because i love this song but it just felt so much better executed

good riddance to phaedra...I think Dwight is next

Speaking of ads, she and Maks will literally sell anything. Their pr rep works overtime.

The night kicks off with a thrilling number to “Murder on the Dancefloor” by Sophie Ellis-Bextor choreographed by Emma Slater and Gleb Savchenko. The pros and troupe will embrace the witchy vibes with a routine set to “The Ballad Of The Witches’ Road (Sacred Chant Version)” from “Agatha All Along” choreographed by Britt Stewart and Ezra Sosa. There are even more tricks and treats, including a Derek Hough Masterclass focused on wardrobe tips, along with a spooky fast-paced number to “Aserejé” by Jean Massey, choreographed by Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov.

Partner dances will include the Argentine Tango, Contemporary, Viennese Waltz and Tango and the night will feature the return of the “Dance-Offs”; two at a time, couples face off against one another on the ballroom floor as they dance head-to-head in the same style at the same time. Winners of each of the three Dance-Offs will be selected by the judges, and the winning couple from each dance-off will receive bonus points added to their judges’ totals for the night. Based on the leaderboard from last week’s scores, as well as cumulative scores across the season so far, Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong have received immunity and will not have to participate, receiving bonus points as part of their immunity.
