I wonder if Tyra used to model for Mossimo? He was a runway designer before he sold out to Target. It was at the height of Tyra's runway career. I bet they are friends and he called in a favor for Olivia Jade.

This isn't a surprise.

If they had costume fittings and spent more than 10 minutes, in close proximity with an unmasked costumer, fitting and pinning them into their costumes, that person may be infected too.

I have a feeling they won't be the only dancers to test positive. This season is going to become very complicated.

Same for the Broadway show, Aladdin. They just re-opened this Tues. Had ONE performance. Then a half hour before last night's performance, the show was cancelled because some of the cast and staff had tested positive. (ALL cast & crew were vaccinated.)

Today, the cast & crew that was left was tested again. NO one was positive and the show went on.

I'm thinking, "That's NOT how COVID works!"

There are probably people currently incubating their infections and are not positive yet. There may be more in the next several days. I wonder if Disney is hiring a bunch of understudies as I type and will try to rotate out the cast as they get sick.

What are they going to do next week? The earliest one should be getting a PCR test is 10 days after the onset of symptoms, unless that has changed. I suppose they could test him every day until he's negative. So, while Cheryl may be recovered by that time, Cody will still not be. So, they won't dance together and in the studio along with everyone else for a third week?

And as for the Broadway show, Aladdin, the show has been cancelled once again, as more people in the company tested positive on the third day. (Duh! No surprise there.) Now the show is closed for a full 14 days as everyone recovers, as it should be.
