Dancing w/Stars costume ?

I do not know if anyone asked this before but how the heck do those costumes stay on the women dancers. They are cut so deeply at odd angles they never slip (except for Kelly Monoco's broken strap last season) even in the back when they bend. I know that these women have rock hard bodies and nothing sags but still the material should at least gap or something. I do not know how they keep them on and I do not think they could use that much double stick tape. Also they do not have flesh colored insets like the skaters. Some of them do not even have a string tie in the back.

I do not get it.

But isn't it painful to pull it off and how do they reuse the costumes if they are all full of tape and glue?
