hmmm...I just tried it to see & when I click reply the smiley selection box comes up to the right of the reply box. If that's not happening for you, I don't have a clue what's going on. Maybe you could go to the tech support board & ask. They are very good about helping over there.

Make sure you aren't just doing quick reply. Try this...hit quick reply, hit go advanced and a new screen should appear. Find the smilies and click more. Another screen opens and it is about 1/2 way down.
