Good morning, y'all!

PIO, I feel your pain. I usually have to live vicariously through y'all and your trip reports. Or I did until DH booked our next WDW trip. And now I have a chance to earn a trip to DL with the new company I joined in December.

LegoMom3, things are *much* better! Ice is gone, no more earthquakes or aftershocks, power and internet are back, tree limbs and other debris are slowly getting cleaned up. Yep, life was exciting week before last! I'm so done with cold weather!

We've been cleaning up and getting caught up with work and classes missed during the ice storm. I'm almost caught up. Almost.

I know... I would love to do a trip with just the boys to Disney.. Value Resort is fine with me.. (no frills).. Just need a room.. They're not my favorite resort, but if it gets me there... I think I am going to just have to plan that my bonus from next year will go to the trip with my boys... every year it comes and goes before I even realize i even had it.. I don't know where it disappears to, but it's always gone...

who had snow again today??? one of my neighbors was returning from Florida this morning... she called me from the plane before take off to see what the weather was doing.. I told her to stay... she's going the wrong way.

Part of me doesn't mind the snow... I'm like ...bring it on... I don't mind renting a movie, and building a fire if we don't have to go out.. school and work is cancelled... I love it... actually my kids are starting to cry about having too many snow days... they don't want to go to school until the end of June... but, for me... I'm ok with it.. cuz it's less summer days I have to worry about what to do with them.. camps, sports, day care, etc... I don't mind.. but I know they are starting to worry..

Well I for one am looking forward to a brief escape from these ridiculously cold temps -- I'm off to Florida this afternoon for a few days with my dad!! Maybe I can bring some warmth back with me.....

I bet even the small cold snap we are having is a heat wave for you.

My Dd14 got into a new high school for next year that is a charter school with a local college. When she graduates 12th grade, she should also have her AA degree. For free! I asked where she wanted to go to celebrate and she said "Le Cellier." Yep, that's my kid. Disney and pricey.
