Got in a swim yesterday. Amazing how a workout and endorphins will change your WHOLE outlook on the day. I missed that after surgery. So glad to get back into a routine again.

Things are going well over here. Really looking forward to St. Patty's Day and the fact that it's on my cheat day (I'm carb cycling). Corned beef, yum, yum, yum.

My son brought home a kitten last night. She is calico and adorable. She loves the dogs. She is staying in my son's room, seperate from my cat with the seizure disorder and the ferrets, until her Thursday vet appt. I bring the dogs in to visit her. She is a tiny spec compared to Dega. Heidi is much smaller, but still 90lbs. She immediately took to them like she has grown up with them.

He mentioned the kitten to me a few weeks ago. Before I could get much out of my mouth, he reminded me of all the animals my daughter has brought home after I told her not to and that all he wanted was a kitten and he was telling me about it before bringing it home. What could I say after that? I kept my mouth shut and went with it.

Ugh.... I have Bronchitis.... Cough cough, hack hack,... I'm dying here.. can't breath. I think I coughed up a lung. ouch.

PA mom... sounds to me like your EX is trying to use his "accounting skills" to get away with fraud.. either that or he's a big loser... good thing he's your ex. They might let him get away with claiming for bankruptsy a second time.. but really.. it sounds like he's got bigger problems than that. He should know how to manage his finances... maybe he does, and is trying to hide something.

Kimmar.... have you looked into Frontier Airlines? I hear they have really great rates... but sometimes they only fly once or twice a day so you need to be willing to be flexible.... they fly out of Mercer. I have friends who used them and parking is free.

No outdoor swimming for us yet, but I am lucky enough to have a fantastic Y in our town, so I can swim year round.

Busy day, busy week! Feel like I am catching up from last week which was really all about the wake and funeral. I've gotten the majority of the house cleaning done in the past couple of days so that we can all relax and enjoy each other this weekend instead of scrambling to get it all done.

To the gym this morning, and then a visit to Grandpa to see how he's doing. Grandpa will play with Squirt and it's SO cute. "Where are your trucks?" he'll ask him. And then they play trucks together. Should be a nice little visit.

I am posting this instead of cleaning my bathroom.

Must. Clean. Bathroom.

that is tough.... Do you think they know you are trying to help them? I remember when my DH had to give one of ours fluid everyday, and it was hard.. I think she knew if was supposed to help her. I don't know.

I'm feeling a little better. I'm gonna make it. Gotta keep going, what else can one do. I don't have time to be sick. I gotta do some shopping tonight for b day gifts for my nephew and my dad, because I am supposed to see them tomorrow. My DDs want to get their ears double pierced. so I told them I would take them. My DD13 says well,,, if I ask for my belly button pierced then she will say ok to the ears.... in comparison.. not so bad. I need a vacation.
