Does anybody know how much the dance floor is if i wanted to add it to the WhiteHall Room

We are in the Whitehall room and I don't see any additional charge on my BEO for our dance floor, I think it is included in ball room locations.

The dance floor is included in the DJ package. We had thought about having a piano instead of a DJ, and we would have had to pay for the dance floor. I am not aware of it coming with the ballroom.

A standard 9-foot-by-12-foot dance floor is usually around $450, while a white or black-and-white dance floor costs $675.

Well we are having a DJ so I guess that explains why it isn't listed on the BEO, it must be included in our DJ package.

I thought Ipod setup was only about $250-$300

I just checked the email I got from the coordinator and it says its $350, don't know where I got $450 from!!!

I think you may pay for the dance floor regardless, they just add it into the DJ package.

For example I have two BEO's, on the first one I had a dance floor included and the cost was $1,300.00. Then we decided to remove the dance floor because we are only having a small number of guests and it is a morning wedding so we didn't think people would be dancing anyways and the second BEO says 1 DJ wedding package (4 hours/no lighting) @ $1,035.00
