Dont know if this was already posted on this thread but there is a mode called workout mode and its not very hard, Its just constantly moving to a beat. No hards twisty things to do or anything but at the end of the song it tells you how many times you would have jumped rope and I think it tells you laps and how far you ran, and how many calories you burned. Its pretty cool.If you are ready for the real thing and want to really really workout try endless mode. You go through about 5 songs I think with no break but then you can break for however long you want after every few songs.
