Oh guru of technology, I just updated my signature and I'm almost positive it is way over the size limitation but I have no idea how to fix it. Can you??

Well, you need to edit the height to their rules here, which is no more than 200 pixels high. That is the main thing they will get after you for with what you have here. If you are not able to edit, you can use these.............
