Dallas on TNT.

I just always found him without passion- I can't believe I'm saying this (because I don't care for Victoria Principal) but I wish they'd bring Pam back. They opened the door last night mentioning that she just "disappeared".

I actually agree with you I think there needs to be closure there.

I am jumping in here and subscribing. :thumbsup2

I am absolutely LOVING DALLAS!!!! :cool1:

As someone that watched it all back in the day, this is so much FUN.

Loved seeing Cliff last night and Ray and Lucy last week.

I am dying to find out what is going on with Rebecca and her bro, Tommy???

I would love to see VP, Pam back.

Ann would probably shoot her- she seems very fond of her rifle... LOL

:lmao::lmao:

I think that the guy who is the brother (??) of Christopher's wife is going to try to initiate an affair with Ann to in some way get back at the Ewings. He has a really creepy vibe when he's around her.

Someone please refresh my memory - who were Christopher's biological parents?

And I agree with Mermaid02 - the door is wide open for Pam to return now. I bet if the show is popular and gets high ratings that Victoria Principal won't be able to keep away. (Blech, I hope not - I never did like Victoria Principal!)

And now that Desperate Housewives is off the air, I'm really glad to see some DH alums showing up on other programs! With Eva Longoria's Texas roots, she would be a real hoot on this show. I could see a May (April? March? February? January?!)/December thing between her and JR. She would really lead him a merry dance!

::yes::So true..... Ann is always on the scene with that rifle . I think we can expect to see some sort of shoot out at Southfork real soon.

Who shot JR ?

I have to watch last week's episode again , I wasn't in to it much , but it might be because I had a scotch or two to celebrate it coming on ; ).

NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rotfl2:

Does anyone else think Southfork looks A LOT less impressive than it did back in 'the day?'

I was thinking the same thing. And where is all the staff , we saw the one maid in the first show Elena's mother but never saw her again.

Miss the breakfeast scenes they used to have out by the pool. That made me jealous when I was younger, thinking I wish someone would serve me breakfast every morning. :laughing:

Kristen Shepard shot him.

I know : ) ... the Who shot JR ? was in regards to talking about Ann loving her shotgun . Maybe it will be a who shot JR question all over again . Id shoot him just to not have to look at those eye brows anymore .

They have set the stage for the drama; somebody is going to get shot. Ann will probably get blamed because she's always with the rifle.

The show could be produced by ABC regardless of which channel airs it. Criminal Minds, is produced by ABC but it airs on CBS.
Oh wow, I never knew that!

Someone please refresh my memory - who were Christopher's biological parents?
Kristin (Sue Ellen's sister) and Jeff Farraday. Supposedly Jeff Farraday. :rolleyes1

IDK - she's been pretty vocal about never wanting to have anything to do with "Dallas" ever since she left.

Oh my gosh, YES!!! I used to play "Dallas" in my backyard, lining up lawn chairs by the above-ground pool and lounging around covered in tanning oil like Sue Ellen. I may or may not have pretended to throw a drink on an imaginary JR. :rotfl2: Perhaps 4th grade was a tad young for me to be watching! :rolleyes:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It just hit me: we just saw a Southfork wedding without someone winding up thrown or falling into the pool! :eek:
OMG that's hilarious! I was also about that age & used to name all my Barbies & Kens after the characters on Dallas & act out scenes from the show. I wasn't allowed to watch it (or Falcon Crest right after) but my mom would fall asleep on the recliner around 8:30 & then when she'd wake up I'd quick pretend I was sleeping & hadn't seen any of it!
:lmao: I love it! I never really thought of the connection before... I was never into playing baby-dolls, but the couple Barbie knock-offs I had were executive secretaries who worked hard all day and partied every night. Naturally, they met wealthy, powerful men who gave them fancy clothes and hip apartments. :headache:
I wasn't going to let my DS10 watch the new one, but it premiered while we were on vacation and I wasn't in the mood to argue, so he saw most of it. Meh - I'm not sure it's anywhere near as detrimental to him as old "Dallas" maybe was to young ladies, lol!
Bobby said he knew JR was up to know good. When him and Ann were in bed.
That's what I mean. Why did Bobby sign the papers before he figured out exactly what the "no good" is? He's being way too naive to have made to 63 in the Ewing clan! He had to have defeated JR a couple of times before he took over Southfork (do you really think that JR didn't challenge the will???) and JR ended up in a nursing home!
It's Jeremy or Jason London - but they're not listed on the imdb as being on Dallas....I think it's Jason (Jeremey was on Celebrity Rehab last season).
