DAK with 7am EMH--uber or Pop bus?

We dont have Fp for FOP so we're going to try to get on line first thing. We've done this with new rides before (Toy Story, Mine Train, etc) and have always had luck, but am wondering if crowds are worse now for Pandora? The first resort bus usually comes an hour before park opening, so I would think we would be getting off bus at DAK by 6:30. Is that too late? Should we uber instead? If so, what time do you suggest arriving and where does the uber drop you?

Do you know where in the park the uber drops you? Is it at the main parking lots or can they go to main entrance?

Any idea what time we should plan to arrive?

Uber is like $11/$12, definitely my preferred method and they drop you off where the red star is

we had 2 differing experiences from Sports to AK on 8am EMH mornings, one time we were at the stop by 6:40 and we got on a bus shortly thereafter......the next time we were there at 6:40, the bus times kept changing on the board and the bus didn't get there until about 7:12......me and the people in front of us were pondering an uber....

first day we were on the first ride of the day I think, the second day we had to wait about 20 min to ride.....

I would say be as early as you can (or as reasonable as you can early wise)....

We always opt to Uber for early park openings. It means sleeping later and being in control of our schedule.
As for where Uber drops you are AK, it's right at the front, next to the tram drop.

Definitely Uber or Lyft. After our spring break trip this year, I vowed never to ride a Disney resort bus again. We just went 12/15-12/19 and used lyft (regular and Minnie van) from and it was cheap, fast, reliable, and comfortable. Worth it. $8 one way from BC to AK was worth saving about one hour or more each way.
