Animal Kingdom - Tusker House restaurant

She also meets in Epcot at Duffy's old spot near the international gateway.

We found her at Hollywood studios - in front of echo lake. There was a good rotation of Daisy, pluto and goofy.

You can also try Kenny the Pirate's website/app. It will tell you where the characters meet at each park

I think the only place to see "traditional" Daisy is at Duffy's old spot, she is in costume at the other locations.
