Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate in MK or Epcot/WS?

DS is allergic to dairy and I was wondering if anyone knew if a dairy-free version was available.

I would think The Main street bakery in MK or one of those specialty coffee carts like the one in the UK in the WS would be able to accommodate making a soy hot chocolate, or something dairy free since they make their specialty coffee and don't just get it out a big container.
