Happy Monday! Miami-Dade schools start back up today - and so it begins...
I'm expecting the painters to arrive any minute now...getting my living room, dining room and stairwell painted. Should take them a couple of days.

Soo, I'll be stationed upstairs, working on laundry, ironing and scrapping, yeah!

Still have 2 weeks til I begin. Enjoying these last few weeks off.

Back to work on my WDW/Universal scrapbook today

A few important appointments this afternoon, but the rest of the day is unstructured!

Must admit, having no young children around anymore, and being mostly retired, life is a lot less complicated. Waited a long time for this point in my life and I am going to enjoy it.

First day of school here too. I can't believe Rachel is a Senior and Sarah is in college. Where did the time go? Have to head to the HS to set up a "health plan" for Rachel so they can make accomodations for her newly diagnosed Epstein-Barr (like "mono" that never goes away; we're hoping she'll go into remission at some point in the future). Also need to take her to the doctor this afternoon then if she isn't too tired we'll go out for tradional forst day of school dinner.

Good Morning ladies!!

How can it be monday again?

I am determined to finish putting my office back together today. DBF and I put in the new desks on Saturday, then we bought a bunch of the recollections cubes at M's yesterday- couldn't pass up the bogo $0.01!

So get those together and set up, re-organize my paper
make a picnic dinner
take DD#2 to dance
take DD#2 to cheer
The others are coming to hang out at the park and fields this time...wish me luck

We are having our first HS soccer game tonight.. last Thursday's got rained out... which was nice because that means DH and I didn't miss it with moving DD off to university!


Today:
boys off to school
run to town for some items to finish a project to ship out in care package..
pack up care package (fun items and some candy and post-it photo frames for the girls)
mail care package out
pick up DS11 from school
homework/snack
update monthly challenge thread
ready and leave for game
game
hopefully touch base with DD as she wants to know how the games go/I want to know how classes went.. she'll reach us..
think she and the girls are going to dinner on campus w/ the group of boys they have been running with
dinner
homework
bedtime

boys got postcards in the mail - one signed by Mickey & Minnie the other one signed by Pooh & Tigger
we went to the Waco Zoo today
a quick stop at Michaels so I could get page protectors so I can get back to scrapping
next up is finish up Liberty Square - should just be the riverboat since we don't see the Hall of Presidents
