Hi all!

Things have been completely crazy here... so crazy I have only scrapped 2 pages.. the horror... I'm checking in now and hope to get 4 pages scrapped before I need to pick up the kids and start the practice schedule for the kidlets...

Hope the DIS meet goes well for our Creative Community members... I've been in touch w/ Brooke and Shawna & Lisa since they have been gone and they say it's been great.. had some rain the other day (well, storm) but it brightened up after lunch.. MK was crazy busy yesterday at MK per Shawna..but they were having a fabulous time..

Today:
load of towels
get things ready to go for practices tonight.. 2 hours I'm gonna kit a few pages to do in the van.... no reason to waste that time..
touch base with Lisa and Buffy while I'm at practice again tonight...
scrap 4 pages

CC gals, have an awesome get together!!!

This is 2 days in a row where my internet was down in the morning. I really need my computer fix before heading out to work and I haven't been able to get that. My day just feels off when I don't get on here first thing.

Tonight is opening night for DS's (well, it's actually the school's) show!!! They are performing "Hairspray" and I can't wait to see it! They have 4 performances over the next 3 days and I'll be at each one! I've requested front row seats for 3 of the shows so that I can take photos. I have to be that close since I can't use the flash and since I'm short, any other row puts heads in my way. On the matinee on Saturday we've got a group of family (grandparents and aunts) coming to see the show so I'll be good and sit in a normal spot and just enjoy the show. This will be DS's last show in high school so it's bittersweet and exciting!!

Oh, and we finally heard from the theatre department at Troy University and based on DS's audition, they've given DS a $2,000 theatre scholarship!!! That combined with the full out-of-state tuition academic scholarship he received from them will be really nice on my pocketbook!!! This was his #1 school choice, but now he can't decide between there, FSU, and UCF. After the show this weekend, we are going to sit down and discuss the goods and bads of each school so that he can make up his mind as there is paperwork that needs to be turned in by the end of next week.

Good luck with the decision Stephanie... Yea, he needs to decide.... bless his heart for having some many options to chose from!!!! I know we had 4 choices for DsS20 last year.. we did the pro/con list... finances/scholarship list..... and he did is "comfort" list... how he felt on the campus visit/activities/etc....

Well what a day.

Had to go to work. Not the most fun that I have had. The pain was manageable but still there.

Went to dinner with DBF

Home, waiting for the little girls to get here.

Had a great time at TOTWL with Brook & family, Lisa & Megan, and Shawna & family. We tslked and Lisa had prerdered a specialty cake to celebrate the many birthdays. It was nice seeing everyone and talking with them.

Its a ho hum day here today - weather is nice - sunny and fluffy clouds. Just alot on my mind.

Going to see Wicked today with my friend. That should be fun.
