Daigon Alley Opening?

Has anyone heard any details about the opening date/ rides being built at the Harry Potter expansion at Universal Hollywood?

All they've said is that the backlot expansion and lower lot theme park addition will take 5 years, and that they will add Nintendo to the park, but not where. They haven't even removed 1/4 of the stages that are supposed to be replaced on the backlot yet. If the expansion does include any additional Harry Potter elements, I'd expect it to be 4 more years.
