D300s, here I come!

After shooting with my old trusty D200, I have finally decided to take the plunge and step up to the D300s. I really don't need video, because we shoot video with a video camera, but the D300 is a hard animal to find used, so a new shiny, well as shiny as black can be D300 is headed my way next week.
I couldn't wait to go to Disney in September, now I really cant wait!

If you enjoy your D300s half as much as I enjoy my D300, you'll be glad you made the jump! Of course, I made the switch from a D80 and not a D200, so you won't notice as much of a difference in the build as I did. Still, it has been my favorite of the six or seven SLRs (film and digital) I've owned or used so much I might as well have owned them. I love it!
