Yeah. here's my thoughts

1) Not gonna happen. Unless the Brazilian government (or another entity from Brazil) pays for it in full

2) Let's see. This rumor has been around longer than I've been a member, and even a lurker on the Dis. I can hope, but highly unlikely. I give it a 10% chance, 15% max.

3) 3.14% Max (had to get pi in there somewhere :thumbsup2) My biggest thought on this is just where would they put it?

4) Again I'd give it a 10-15% Chance. We ALL know that AK needs more. But they are in the middle of a FLE. I doubt they would announce something this big until hype for the FLE died down, or the expansion was over.

P.S. Beastly Kingdom is something I've kind of clumped in with Australia. Not because i think we'll get both (at least at the same time) but because i believe we may get 1 or the other.

5) 0% It's a dream. Too much debate over liscensing IMO for Disney to deal with. I thought they tried at one point (I thought i remember), but it won't happen. Especially with the Re-release of the 6 (should only be 3) movies in 3-D

6) 0% at least in DTD. With Hyperion Wharf officially announced to be indefinitely on hold, Don't hold your breath.

7) It IS Illegal. At least right now. so 0%

What I want/hope) Something Muppets Related in DHS. With the soon to be released "The Muppets" movie on the horizon and the Millions of hits the trailers and other shorts that have been put on youtube on the muppetstudio channel, Disney can clearly see that Kermit and friends are still insanely loved and are not going anywhere for a long time. You have the rights to the muppets now. Open up Muppetstudios. Or at least add a new ride/attraction to DHS.

Sorry for the rant. To summarize, Muppet land or New Muppet Attraction/Ride.

Unfortunately you're right, although I think that #3 could eventually replace Fantasmic (or maybe could end up in Rivers of America if it fits ), #4's day will come and #5 will never happen because they would need to move Muppets, demolish Streets of America, and possibly relocate or demolish Indiana Jones, which will cost major $$$ even before the real project starts.

Actually, a Marvel presence alone would not violate the contract -- only the use of characters in use at Universal. So while the best ones are taken, that still leaves plenty of other Marvel characters that could appear at WDW.

Yeah. I guess, but I feel like if Disney was going to put those other characters in, They already would've

Nah -- the deal is still fairly recent history. As slipshod as Disney has become, they'd first need legal to figure out what they have and what they don't under the agreement w/Universal. Then they'd have to have a long series of long-term strategy meetings to plan what they're going to do, based at least in part on the long-term strategy that film/tv comes up with to promote Marvel characters in upcoming projects (you obviously want to coordinate so that you're promoting up-and-coming characters, etc.).
Then they'd need time to design whatever it is they're doing: props, costumes, displays etc. -- more complicated it is, more time and work they'll need.

Then they'll need to train staff... choreography if there is any kind of show (even something minor on the Tomorrowland stage).

These things appear out of nowhere to us as guests... but most of them have had plenty of behind-the-scenes work taking place, sometimes for years... and sometimes through years of false starts and stops.

All I'm saying is, don't be fooled by the fact that you haven't seen anything yet. They didn't buy Marvel without intending to exploit the hell out of it -- and they WILL exploit the hell out of it. As is their right.

I don't agree because.......They could of but they haven't. WDW has the problem DLR doesn't, no marvelland going in there right now.
