D23 question re activating membership

Any D23 members here? DDs gave me a membership as a b'day gift
I received in the mail a pamphlet telling me that I have received this as a gift and it includes a membership card with a i.d. number. On the front of the pamphlet it says "You have received this gift. Please visit guest.services@disneystore.com to activate your membership." Well for starters that's not a website, that's an email address. I emailed for activation details but it's been a day or two now and no response.

It's gotta be something simple, but I went to the D23 site and I am sure not seeing a place to activate a membership. Any ideas?

I just googled "D23 activation" and got to disneyshopping.com, where I found:

"Gift memberships must be activated by contacting us at Guest.Services@DisneyStore.com"


Contacting them makes MUCH more sense than a "visit" to an email address!

Thanks Bumbershoot, this is what I did (google, email)--but no response. Maybe they need more time to respond with the holidays and everything. I appreciate your suggestion.
