Now, no one bite my head off but...

I do NOT understand the fascination with Krispy Kreme!! Had them hot, had them warm, had them cold...really do not like them any way they have been served.

I can think of SO many better ways to used my calories

Seriously!!!! I think I went on a different cruise than everyone else. Where do you get Krispy Kreme's on the cruise???

The donuts on the breakfast buffet - I saw the boxes.

Maybe it is a Northern thing but I much prefer Dunkin Donuts to Krispy Kreme's. Then again I like cake type donuts not the yeasty kind. My favorite is chocolate cake with peanuts Mmmmmm.

Are you just talking the classic KK, or all varieties therein? DW and I rarely get the classic KK, we go for all the varieties. Nom, nom, nom...

And we gave up trying to get less than a half dozen years ago. We need some while we're still in the shop, one for the ride home, a late night snack... well, you get the picture.

I didn't even know you could get hot donuts at Dunkin Doughnuts - now I'll have to be on the lookout.



Last time I was there, I went to get a doz and came out with 2 doz - "would you like a dozen glazed with that for $1 off" DUH!!!

You really want to start a controversy - ask a southerner and a northerner - which is better - Dunkin' or Krispy Kreme

Speaking of donuts has anyone tried Fractured Prune donuts I hear they are amazing and one just opened up here I am trying to get over there soon!! they serve fresh to your order donuts!!! HOT!!!

I am also going to admit to being crushed to find out I'm not a God.

I'm being facetious due to the fact that my choices were silly or speechless.

I am not able to take advantage of the D23 perks - money, time, distance.

I would like to look at the D23 magazine. I do not have a close by Barnes and Noble.

Would anyone like to let me borrow their copies? I would be very neat with them. Would not spill any cake or pie. Would send them back promptly.

Not sure where in Central Maine you are, but they have the big chain bookstores in both Augusta and Bangor.

Maybe for the cakey donuts. But I'm a yeasty donut fan, and IMO, a chocolate-frosted, custard filled Krispy Kreme beats a Dunkin' Boston Cream donut hands down. Then again, I wouldn't turn either one down if they were offered. There aren't any KK stores in my part of NJ, so I can't afford to be too picky, y'know? =)

Ah... last time I had Krispy Kreme? In MCO, waiting for my flight home.

Ok, I really really want a donut now! And that really doesn't fit in all that well with my Weight Watchers plan. UGH

For the record, my all time favorite is a KK Glazed Kreme Filled YUMMMMMM

While you are on the mend, might as well practice getting back into the disboards swing by having conversations you've had before... over & over again.

I don't get the feeling that people need to prove one's opinions one way or another in this place regarding D23 or iPhones.
