D23 Expo and Selling Tickets on Stubhub

I have a 3-day ticket and hopefully I'll still be able to go to the Expo in September. I know that the tickets are suppose to be "non-transferable" and you need ID, so how can tickets be sold on sites like Stubhub? Won't the purchasers be refused admission or will they still be admitted?

No, I never got a reply. I'm not selling my ticket, but there are tickets being sold by others on Stubhub at nearly or more than twice their original prices.

They probably bought the max number of tickets they could and are selling the excess. I think the only tickets not transferable are the ones of the buyer that had to be a D23 member.
