D23 Disney Studios tour question

Me, my wife, and 9-year old daughter will be attending DLR for the first time this July. We are also new D23 members. As of now, D23 is offering a Walt Disney Studios tour the day before we return home.

If anyone has been, I need to make sure my 9-year old daughter would be allowed. Or is the Studio tour "adults only"? The D23 website was unclear on this.

You have to be a Gold or Silver level D23 member PLUS $60/ticket.

I did the tour last June with my niece who was 19 but there were kids on the tour. The sign up page should give an restrictions.

And it was well worth it. Very interesting tour!

We did it last year and I think I remember a few kids with our group. It is mostly adults and it's not the place for rough-housing or getting antsy. I know some kids who would be bored and some who would love it. I would have loved it at that age; DH was more of a "stop making a spectacle of yourself" kind of kid if you know what I mean.

The archive tour is in August, so hopefully your trip dates will cover it. Each silver and gold D23 member can only purchase 2 tickets. If there are 3 of you going, you'll need 2 memberships.
