D23 2011 & Ariel's Undersea Adventure?

Hello,

I just have a quick question. I will be out to DLR for the D23 expo '11 and was curious if the little mermaid attraction will be opened at that time? What about Star Tours 2.0? Would that be opening for the summer crowd?

Also, since this timeframe is in late August, do you believe that the haunted mansion will be down to prepare for HMH? I hope not... I heard they start that in September... so... I'm guessing I'll not make it to the mansion...

There is no official opening date for both Little Mermaid ride and Star Tour 2, the original dates that DL hope for both rides to be open is May 2011. But with construction delays could cause the date for both attractions to the summer time. We thought WoC was suppose to debut during Spring time, but it was pushed back to the first weekend of Summer Nightastic in June. So we don't know what the dates are. But I would assume that of the rides would be ready when it gets close to the D23 Expo in August.

When DL closed the HM in August last year, it was at the end of the month in August and the ride was closed until the middle of the month in September. So I would guess that the HM won't be closed at the end of August. But that is speculation that the HM would close at that date. They take at least two weeks for DL to put up the Holiday overlay for HM.

Al says that LM will likely open during Spring Break and ST is on track for May.
