I have never purchased from them, but very recently they were recommended to me. I am still debating on whether or not to take the plunge. I can say that I emailed them 2x and both times they were very prompt with a return answer. They also seem willing to put together a lot if you are requesting certain likes (ie: princess pins etc). They are a tad more expensive then other sellers but you know the saying, sometimes you get what you pay for.

I Agree with you. They are higher but it seems that they have some nice pins.

I have, I bought probably 400-500 pins from them, I did get some scrappers but as soon as they knew they made it right. I recommend them.

I didn't buy a lot, about 40-50 from them and received some scrappers. They were good about trying to make it right but I still ended up with one scrapper after making a return. I didn't email about it cause sending 1 pin back wasn't worth it to me. They are good about trying to get you authentic pins and I would probably buy from them again.

I just put an order in for a lot of 100 last night so I will let you know how I make out. I will say that I have emailed several questions to them and each time they were very willing to help! Plus, others haver recommended them, so I took the jump. I feel confident that the transaction will go smoothly!!

I bought a lot of 20 (cost me $40 and free shipping). I am new to pin trading and bought these for us to trade on our upcoming trip. I don't know that I would recognize a scrapper but they all looked good to me. They don't smell or have an oily feel that people often talk about on here. The shipping was also very fast. I had the pins in my hand within about 4-5 of ordering them.
