D-Day Invasion- "Strange"-ly Imminent!! TRIP REPORT IS UP!!

I can think of nothing I would like more than to have you join our hat brigade. :)

I am not in the gutter...I promise. :rotfl:

I love your list of photo ops (especially the hats! and the food). I'll try to not get to far behind on tomorrow's update with the surgery.

Behave while I'm gone. ;)

It would be such a fun thing! And you were the least of my worries, Kathy! ;)

PLEASE, DON'T worry about keeping caught up- Marc is far more important than whether George was painted or photographed. ;)

The nurse in the kiss picture from WWII, just passed away a few weeks ago. I found out about on MSN who of course had a ridiculous article about how it is a picture of harassment since the nurse didn't know the solider. PFFFFT. People are too much sometimes.

I love Disney pictures. You can never have too many of them BUT you forgot something really important on your list.....LIGHT FIXTURES. :rolleyes1

REALLY?? Amazing. MSN. :sad2: Gimme a break. Too much.

I agree, never too many. I actually DID add the ones you wanted to my list; you wanted Beaches and Cream and Sanaa, if I'm not mistaken. :goodvibes

Hey, hey, hey! I resemble that remark....:) (For some reason I was actually suspicious who she intended that comment for :guilty: )

Of course, I have no doubts there should be room left nearby in anticipation of your arrival. :lmao:

:rolleyes1

Me? Specific intentions?? Nah.

The article really bothered me. Stupid MSN.

Yes, those were the ones I wanted!! :thumbsup2

I liked all of your images! ;)

And I am so glad that someone else will doing a bunch of picture taking this trip!

Can you be in charge of all food pics? Because I am inept at remembering them at all. :confused3 And I am so looking forward to taking pictures of things I have hardly ever had time to really notice.

This is going to be awesome! :)

Well, I"ll do my best!!! I hope I can remember all the food things too! Sometimes I get HUNGRY and might forget! I think between the 2 of us, we should be ok :)

Nooo, not you........:rotfl2:

Okay, okay, Glenn and I had our fun. You don't have to say both every time now. We wuz just funnin' ya! ;)

WARNING: Retaliatory funnin' alert.

I think you may be right, TK!

:lmao:

Well, I got exactly ZERO shots inside any dark rides, so those are out. Anything fireworks related, ditto. Out. That leaves daytime/outdoors.

I try for night shots / dark rides, but my camera just can't do it.

"I just can't do it Captain!" I felt very nostalgic about Star Trek for a moment there. :lmao:

You're so right. Once in about 30 shots you get a REAL keeper. :thumbsup2

This is how I get the best shots of my son on our trips. It's not any of the posed ones, usually, it's an action shot where I manage to capture a moment that just makes my heart sigh. :cloud9:

Maroo, I am the same way! Terrible at remembering to take the food pictures. :goodvibes

I love your photo ideas. I'll be anxious to see your view of the fountains. I love how everyone has their own interest when it comes to photographs. LL has her light fixtures, I have my ceilings and you have fountains. :)

LL, you must have been reading my mind when it came to that WWII picture. I was looking at it going, I wonder if that woman even knows that guy. :rotfl:

maroo, I understand what you mean about being happy that someone else takes the pics! Very often I am the one with the camera and I love it if I just let someone else try to capture the moments! :goodvibes

You are hilarious!!!! I can't wait to meet you! :yay:

:welcome: :welcome: :welcome: Brook!! A DISCelebrity joins the ranks!! But this is no ordinary Soldier; NO WAY! This is one who loves her a Casey Nugget as much as I do!! I'm thrilled to have you here!

Keep reading... you won't be sorry, especially if you will play the game starting in a week or so!!

\Orange scent.. "bright is a good description"!!

:lmao: Me? A DISCelebrity?! Noooo...now LL, you, Wigd, TK, MeMom and many, many others, YES! I'm just a geeky gal with a passion for.....oh gosh, that sounds horrid....CORN DOG NUGGETS! ;)

I am looking forward to our Corny Weiner Meet. I told Joe of it last night as he was falling asleep, from the mumbles I got in return, I think he's excited too.

At first I was confused by your "Tate" comments, but I've figured it out. I'm not that far yet in your PTR, I am done with section one though and loving every second.

Are you serious?! :sad2: I am with you PFFFFFFFFFT!

I try for night shots / dark rides, but my camera just can't do it.

I don't think ANYONE can get a good night shot on those little point and shoot gizmos. You need a very fancy camera with those million dollar lenses on a tripod to capture any sort of glory in a night shot. I've tried endlessly to fiddle with the settings on my camera to hope for a better night shot but it just never happens.

"I just can't do it Captain!"

Best line ever :rotfl2:

Liesa, those are great pictures (and I don't care if one is a painting - it's still a picture of something ;) ) I'm sure you'll take amazing photos. Be creative. Find those abstract lines and curves. Be stylish and frame your subject. Good luck fair soldier :thumbsup2 Of course the majority will be at the DIS meet right? :rolleyes1

I love your photo ideas! The fountains at Disney are quite beautiful.
I can't wait to see the photos in your TR :goodvibes
