Does Disneyland have a dining plan? If so, how does it work? I have used the one at WDW with good results, but didn't know if they had one at DL also?

They have one but it definately is not a value like the WDW plan. Some Dis folks have actually reported losing money as they do not give change back. You get vouchers for character meals and vouchers in various denominations. If you buy something that costs $8 and pay with a $10 voucher, you get no change back. If you want to save money, Get Away Today has character vouchers that include the tax and tip which will save some money. If it's for prepaying for your meals, we buy Disney Dollars and Disney Gift cards leading up to the trip. That way we have all of our meals paid for. Hope that helps!
We used the plan at WDW and it was a great value. But that was before they made some of the changes like more$ and no appetizers/ tip being included

i liked it last year and got it again this year
