Cypress Pointe v. Fairfield at Bonnet Creek

We will be alternating using my parent's timeshare every other year and we like to trade into the Orlando area. (The other alternate years we will be on Disney property). From reading the TUG2.net and RCI resort directory, I think I have narrowed it down to Cypress Pointe or Fairfield at Bonnet Creek (that is if we are fortunate enough to get either). Is anyone familiar with Cypress Pointe and Fairfield at Bonnet Creek and any pros or cons to either?

the bonnie creek is brand new and is as close to WDW as you can get and be off-site - it next to CBR and POP.

A friend stayed at Bonnet Creek in December when it opened. She loved it.

As much as I love Cypress Pointe a new resort beats it! I hope to try Bonnet Creek sometime in the future

I'm now very intrigued by Fairfield... Seems very very nice and brand new as well... Anyone got any rates for these suites??
Sometimes when a place is so new, they go cheap the first year to get more investors...
