Good Morning Everyone!

A few quick questions, I have a stay booked in January at Cypresse Pointe Grand Villas for a three bedroom, but now a very nice travel agent contacted me (if you would like her info, let me know) and she can get me a better deal at Cypresse Pointe or Regal Palms, both would be for almost $50 less a night. What is the difference between Cypresse Pointe and the Grand Villas? Is one much nicer then the other??

And, has anyone ever stayed at Regal Palms? It would be a four bedroom... Is it nicer then Cypresse Pointe??

Any feedback would be very much appreciated!!

Have stayed at both Cypress Pointe and Regal Palms.

Basically, the only difference I could tell between the Grand Villas and Cypress Pointe is that one is across the street from the other. Nothing that would stop me from renting at either one.

The location to the parks is very good at Cypress Pointe and there are tons of restaurants right around that area.

We have also stayed at Regal Palms numerous times in their 4 bedroom and always seem to go back because the rates are so good and the fact that the pool area is really beautiful with a lazy river. But....it is much further from the parks than Cypress Pointe. We tend to go for 10 -12 days and don't do the parks every day, so for us it is perfect. If you are only there a short time and plan on hitting the parks most days, I'd stay at Cypress Pointe.

Hope this helps.

if she can at Cypress Pointe (where you are already staying) then yes go for it.

Cypress pointe are the older units - but they got a rehab and look great. they have internet access - don't think the grande villa do?

here is a link that compare Cypress Pointe to CP Grand Villa
http://www.cypresspointe.net/phase.html

don't know anything about Regal palms - this is not a timeshare - at least I don't think so.

here is a map

use Lake Buena Vista to find Cypress Pointe then find WDW on the same map

use Orlando Regional to find Regal Palms then find WDW on the same map.

As Heather says - if you only plan to visit WDW a couple of days either will do.

but if your main reason for going is to visit WDW - then CP.
