Cypress Pointe-help Me Please!!!

I made reservations atCypress Pointe through Hotel Kingdom in Feb for Nov 24-29. They took their amount and the full payment from Cypress Pointe was taken out at the same time. So everything was cool,so I thought. Today I got my cc statement and I now have the amount credited back to me. So my question is did they cancel my reservation and did not tell me or what is the deal. I have a call into them and will call again tomorrow morning to try to get an answer but I was hoping someone here could tell me if they had the same experience happen to them. If they did cancel ,that means I would have to start all over. I got the great price from someone on here and they didn't have a problem. Just don't need this now thought everything was all set.

We stayed two nights at Cypress Point last month. I was told that starting next month, a three night stay was required. Maybe that is why they cancelled.
Nice of them to inform you, though!
We had a lot of space for a small amount of money. But I didn't like it at all!
Staying on property is so much more fun. (To me, anyway). Didn't feel like my vacation started until we checked into the Boardwalk Villas. We had less space but so much more atmosphere!

Thats the problem they didn't let me know. I got my credit card statement and on mar/26 they credit my account the money they took out in Feb when I made the reservation. This is so upsetting.It was a great deal.Thanks for trying to help

Admittedly, their prices may not beat HotelKingdom's, but I called and they said they only require 1 night's Deposit+Taxes.

They are still taking 2 night reservations as far as I know.

And I'm sure this site can register for Phase I.

This just happened to someone else too shortly before their trip -- this should be a big warning to anyone wanting to use Hotel Kingdom! What a nightmare, I am so sorry!

I called at 9 am both cypress pointe and hotelkingdom and they both said I was still in the system. The person at hotelkingdom said he needed to call vri to see what happened and still waiting. Going straight to cypress is very expensive . If this falls through I will just stay on site at Disney unless I see other specials through mousesavers. I trust her site. I have learned an important lesson ,but am still hoping they will straighten it out. Thanks for the help anyways.

Just called vri and they said hotekingdom didn't get the right amount of days so they gave me my credit back instead of transfering funds.So the amount was taken back out yesterday and all is well. I can say everyone was nice . Hotelkingdom did call back and the girl left a message on the answering machine talking very fast.It was hard to understand her but she said everything was ok they had the money. But called vri just to be sure.
