Cypress Pointe Grand Villas vs Cypress Pointe

On Hotel Kingdom you can book Cypress Pointe Grand Villa or Cypress Pointe – with Cypress Pointe being a fair bit cheaper. However, on TripAdvisor.com there is only a listing for Cypress Pointe. There is nothing for Cypress Pointe Grand Vill. Both are advertised as being very close to Downtown Disney.

Could anyone tell me the difference between these resorts. Are they both on the same property with Grand Villas occupying newer or better buildings. Or are they separate?

And is the Grand Villas worth paying more money for?

CPGV is newer, 5 floors, elevators. CP is 3 floors no elevators.
