Cypress Point

I saw some people had problems with Cypress Point. I stayed at this resort about a month ago. I had booked my reservation through Hotel Kingdom.com the resort was great. This place was so spacious that I could not belive it. Before I evan made it to Orlando I had my flight delayed due to bad snow. I contacted Hotel Kingdom and they took care of everything. They changed my reservation to the following week for me. When it was all said and done Justin was very helpful. I live in Canada and when the weather gets bad we can be stuck for a week. He took care of everything with the hotel and I was only charged $20.00 for the changes.

When you made reservations through hotelkingdom they took their money out and then cypress pointe took theirs ,right? Thats what they did to me. Then in Mar they put the full amount back in our credit account except for the $75. This is what concerns me. They are saying they have the money and we are in their system.What do you think.
